Lawn Mower Belts
A quality lawn mower belt is one of the most important parts of your whole mower. It transfers power from the motor to the blade, and needs to be able to withstand heat, moisture, oil and tension.
Having the right mower belt keeps your trusty tool working at peak efficiency, making every mow a breeze – an old or fraying belt can slow you down and leave you with a dodgy trim. Shop our range of durable lawn mower belts below, and get free tracked shipping when you spend £50 or more.

FAQs
To know which lawn mower belt you need, you can refer to the instruction manual that came with your mower. If you don’t have this, you must measure the belt’s length and width.
To measure the length, there are two methods, depending on the tools you have:
· Using string – take a piece of string and wrap it once around the outside of your old belt, then measure the length of the string used against a ruler or tape measure – this is your belt length.
· Using a ruler/tape measure – mark a point on the old belt using chalk or a marker, then roll the belt along the ruler or tape measure until the marked point comes back around – this is your belt length.
If you’re struggling at all, just give us a call on 01527 509620.
No. Different mowers use different sized belts, so it’s important to make sure you order the correct mower belt. For more information about finding the right size belt, refer to the FAQ above or call our team on 01527 509620.
It’s usually possible to find information about mower belt service intervals in your mower instruction manual. Make sure to regularly check your belt for signs of wear, such as fraying, cracking or loosening, and replace it as soon as you notice any issues.
