Delivery & Return of Goods

For DPD delivery please ensure orders are placed before 3pm for next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

First Class Tracked is not next day delivery.

Second Class Tracked is not a two day service

Goods being returned must be in their original unopened packaging, unused & not damaged.

Return of goods does not include a refund of carriage unless The Bearing Company is at fault for incorrectly supplied goods. Please ensure all goods returned are suitably packaged as any damage caused in transit will not be credited.

Once we receive the goods back they will be inspected and a credit issued accordingly.

Return of any goods must be within 21 days of order.
