Royal Mail 24™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels the next working day @ £5.50excluding VAT
Royal Mail 48™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels within two working days, with a small minority within 3 working days @ £3.75 excluding VAT
We aim to ship all UK mainland orders placed by 3.00 pm Monday to Friday the same day. However if this is not possible due to reasons beyond our control we will aim to despatch the following working day.
Next Day Delivery UK Mainland* – £7.50
*UK mainland addresses only and exclude VAT.

Scottish Highlands & Islands (2-3 day)
UK – Northern Ireland (2-3 day)
UK – Channel Isles (2-3 day)
UK – Isle of Man (2-3 day)
UK – Scilly Isles (2-3 day)

Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Royal Mail International Signed for services are available and is a 5-7 days service.

You must email us within 5 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Sorry, we cannot refund delivery costs. Items must be in their original condition. Customers will have their payments refunded within five days of the company’s receipt of the returned goods.
Cancellations
If after submitting payment for your goods, you decide to cancel the order, and the goods have not been dispatched The Bearing Company will Refund you in full by the payment method chosen at the time of the order being placed.
In the event that the goods have been dispatched please follow our RETURNS procedure.
